- These plugs come pre-gapped (to
0.030") within factory spec for the WRX (No adjustment necessary!)
- These spark plugs are one heat range colder
than the stock WRX plugs. Going one heat range colder reduces the chance of
preignition (similar to detonation, but with the same devastating results) due
to the spark plug overheating, but it isn't too cold to cause spark plug
fouling.
