This is Dave Kearney's 2002 WRX. He bought it brand new in April of 2001. Dave fell in love with the idea of a car with so much performance potential, but that still had four doors, was practical and could be driven year round. Dave also bought the car in preparation for selling Subaru performance parts so he could get to know the car first hand, use it to test parts combinations and various setups and to be able to answer customer's questions with the first hand experience he gained from working on his own WRX. Dave thought about trading the WRX for an STi on several occasions, but he can't bring himself to "abandon" this important member of the OAKOS family who has been there since the beginning.
