Orders, and Certified Checks. Orders paid by personal check will be shipped once the check has cleared the

- Paypal payments can be sent to sales@oakos.com
- Please email us for a quote on shipping
before sending payment unless the product is listed as "Free
Shipping!"
- Paypal Echeck Payments will be held
until they have cleared, this generally takes 4 business days

- Browse the Online
Catalog and add the products you would like to purchase to your
shopping cart. You can always remove items from your
cart before finalizing your purchase
- When you are done shopping click on Check Out to purchase
the products you have selected
- Fill in your shipping and billing information and then click on the
"Continue" button
- Select the shipping method and credit card type you would like to use
and then click on the "Continue" button.
- Fill in your credit information and then click "Continue" to
finalize your order
- You will now see a confirmation screen displaying the products
ordered and the total cost. You will also receive an E-mail confirming your
order

Return & Exchange
Policy

- Products may be returned or
exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt
- Refunds over $75 will be paid by check
- All product returns must be in its original saleable condition including
all original packaging. This includes, but is not limited to, no signs of being installed or
mounted, no cut wires, no scratches. It is the sole responsibility
of the customer and/or installer to confirm the correctness of size and
application before installation. Original Saleable
Condition is determined solely by OAKOS Automotive
- Mounted Wheels
Are Not Returnable! Wheels that have had tires mounted on
them or wheels that have been mounted on a car are not returnable
- You are responsible for the shipping charges for all exchanges
and returns. In the event of exchanging a defective product, we
will ship the replacement product to you free of charge

Orders

- We only process orders within the United
States & Canada. Unfortunately, the risks of order complications, lost
packages, fraud, and long delays on international orders are too high
for us to continue fulfilling orders outside of the country. We
sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
