Shipping and Returns

  • Shipping Policy
    • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (not including postal holidays) during normal business hours
    • Orders are generally shipped the same day for orders placed before noon.
    • Shipping charges for products that don't qualify free shipping are calculated using product weight, zip code and shipping service.
    • Tracking is sent to the email associated with the order.
    • A signature is required for orders $750+ and will be noted on tracking.
    • Transit times vary due to the location and shipping method chosen and generally vary from 1-5 business days.


  • Return & Exchange Policy
    • Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
    • All product returns must be in its original saleable condition including all original packaging. This includes, but is not limited to, no signs of being installed or mounted, no scratches and packaging and instructions included. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to confirm the correctness of application before installation. Original saleable condition is determined solely by OAKOS Automotive. Please do not attach labels to the product packaging.
    • Shipping charges for all exchanges and returns are paid for by the customer. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
    • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be given via the original payment method.
    • To open a return or exchange, please email orders@oakos.com along with your order information and request.
    • In the event of shipping damage, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately to begin a claim.
    • For defective parts, most manufacturers like to work directly with the customer. We are happy to assist along in the process.


  • In Store Pickup
    • All orders are available for pickup same day (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) if ordered during normal business hours (10AM - 5PM).
    • In store pickup applies to in stock items only.
    • In store pickup is restricted to local customers in Michigan only. If you are ordering from out of state or country but still wish to pick up in store, please call us to place your order.
    • Select "In Store Pickup" at checkout. After your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive a call or an e-mail.
