  • Can you help me find what part best suits my goals?
    • Yes! We would love to assist you in helping you meet your goals. We not only will help you before and during your order, we are available after you receive your items with any questions that come up along the way.
  • Is my item in stock?
    • Inventory is updated daily. All items are marked with a stock status.
      • In Stock: Items that are physically here in our warehouse and ready to ship.
      • Available: Items that will be drop shipped or brought in for shipping. Feel free to contact us about availability if you are unsure.
      • Sold Out: Items that are not orderable at the moment.
    • You can expect typical shipping time on your order (same day for orders placed before 12PM EST - Mon-Fri). We will contact you if there is an extended lead time.
  • What are the ordering options?
    • You may order securely online. An order confirmation will be sent to the provided email. Our customer support would be happy to assist with your order if you prefer to order via phone (586-803-1750).
  • Can you ship to a different address?
    • If paying by PayPal, we only ship to the address given to us via PayPal. Please update your needed shipping address with PayPal prior to check out. If paying by credit card, we must ship to the address associated with the credit card. Changes in addresses cannot be made once the order has shipped. Signatures are required on orders $750+ and will be noted on tracking.
  • What are my payment options?
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may also check out via PayPal (please note that if an echeck is used it must clear prior to shipment which can range from 2-4 days).
  • When can I expect my order?
    • Tracking is generally sent within 1 business day from time of order. Transit times depend upon shipping service selected and location but are generally between 1-5 business days. Items ship out within one business day from time of order. We will contact you if there are any delays.
  • Do you offer in store pick up?
    • Yes! Walk-ins are welcome Monday-Friday 10-5 during non-holidays. Feel free to call your order ahead.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • We are able to ship to PayPal confirmed international addresses. Please email sales@oakos.com for quotes.
  • I want to return or exchange my item. How do I do that?
