Our V2 Performance Oil pan is designed to reliably meet the demands of high performance Subaru Engines used on street or track applications. Oil Pan holds an extra 1.4 quarts of oil, +30% increase in capacity over OEM. Optimal Oil Pan was designed to work with our Ultimate Oil Pickup (OEM ones are known to break), but can be modified to work with the OEM pickup.

2 Taps: One for the OEM plug another 1/2NPT that can be adapted to whatever you want.
Mounting holes are spot-faced to remove any weld bead that may interfere with mounting bolts. Flange mounting surface Precision Ground Flat = NO LEAKS!
Of course we use the OEM style dipstick tube! It's there, it works, why not! "Full" on your OEM dipstick is still full there's just more oil inside.
This is everyone first question, and the answer is almost always YES. While we don't have Everyone's header in the world here to test fit, the mainstream brands (Perrin, GT-Spec, MadDad, Invidia, etc.) and headers known to crowd the pan have been test fit. Please feel free to contact us for your unique header application.

This ULTIMATE OIL PICKUP uses a 0.12" thick double bracket, 3X OEM oil pickup tube thickness and a brace between bracket and oil pickup tube to further strengthen the assembly. This is a super duty, engineered solution. No other vendor has anything this rugged available, although I'm sure it will be copied. You asked for it, so here it is. Fits all EJ25 motors

So what's all this mean? It means more power due to the reduction in oil interfering with the rotation of the crank and allowing it to spin more freely. Unless it's in the bearings, anytime oil comes in contact with the cranks or connecting rods it robs power. Reduction of oil splashing and beating off crank & connecting rods will also lower oil temperatures.
