Yes, an extra large turbocharger will leave you room to grow if you ever decide you need more power, but it introduces a host of other problems when compared to a stock sized turbo. They are feature a thinner blade with a larger surafce area to maximize airflow and turbo spool. The multi rate billet actuator of the MX-Series turbos are large capacity and are made from reinforced forged billect contructions. They include 6 springs for fine boost adjustments and a swivel type nipple to allow for greater freedom when routing hoses. The M7960 model retains the low speed power range, with that extra punch at mid to high speed range.
